Recipes from the Pumphouse
Proudly stocking over 50 craft beers from Australia and around the world, the Pumphouse is undoubtedly one of Sydney’s most iconic beer bars. Serving wood fire pizzas and your favourite dishes to share, the Pumphouse have also now introduced an exciting new cocktail menu.
Here’s a sneak peak into the wonderful new creations at the Pumphouse, recreating your favourite drinks with a twist.
Pomegranate Cosmopolitan - a classic favourite with a twist
Muddle fresh lime, pomegranate and sugar syrup
Add vodka and Cointreau
Fill with ice and shake hard
Double strain into large martini glass
Garnish with a wedge of lime on the rim
Gingerly Sour – Ingredients to spice up a whiskey sour
60ml Makers Mark
30ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 egg white
30ml spiced ginger syrup
2 dashes fee bros whiskey barrel aged bitters
Garnish with ginger fan & lemon wheel
Mix ingredients together with ice into a shaker and shake for about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass or an ice filled old fashioned glass.
